Shipping and Delivery

Lakes Coffee uses USPS, UPS, FedX and Spee Dee Delivery for shipping. We offer $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping per order, per address to customers in the following states Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa & Illinois. Each address we ship to will be charged the flat $6.95 rate per order. Orders to areas beyond the 6 states listed will be charged the actual shipping cost. Lakes Coffee does not ship beyond the 48 continental United States.

Lakes Coffee, LLC will choose the shipper for $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping. Expedited shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Wholesale Pricing for Businesses & Distributor Pricing for Distributors

Lakes Coffee, LLC does offer wholesale pricing for businesses as well as distributor pricing for larger accounts. Please contact us directly for more information on these options.

Damages and Issues 
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if an item(s) is defective or damaged. Do not contact the shipping company we will take care of that.

If you received a damaged item(s) please take several photos of the damaged item including photos of the outside of the box, the items were shipped in. This will assist us with the reimbursement process.


Product can only be returned if you received the wrong item.  For special circumstances, to be eligible for a return, contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item explaining your reason for the return. Approved returns must be received in original condition in original packaging, unopened and unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense. 


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods (food & beverage items) and special-order items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shortages / Wrong Items

Please notify us within 3 business days after receiving your order if you are missing an item from your order or if you received a wrong item. Orders are considered delivered in full 3 business days after receipt.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


In the event equipment owned by Lakes Coffee, LLC is misused, stolen, destroyed or otherwise returned to Lakes Coffee, LLC unfit for service, or not returned to Lakes Coffee, LLC, customer shall pay Lakes Coffee, LLC the full replacement cost of the equipment immediately upon Lakes Coffee LLC’s demand. Customer shall keep our equipment insured at the customers expense against liability and risk of loss or damage from any cause whatsoever. Customer shall save and hold Lakes Coffee, LLC harmless and indemnify Lakes Coffee LLC from all loss, damage, claims, penalties, liabilities, and expenses including attorney fees, regardless of their nature or method of arising or being incurred because of or incident to the equipment, its actual or alleged use, care, possession, custody, operations, storage, repair, service or condition. Customer shall defend any and all claims and suits which may be brought against Lakes Coffee, LLC either alone or in conjunction with others, arising from, because of, or incident to the equipment, its actual or alleged use, care, possession, custody, operation, storage, repair, service or condition.


All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Lakes Coffee, LLC and subject to availability of product(s) at the time of the order.


Non-Sufficient Checks

Checks returns to Lakes Coffee, LLC for non-sufficient funds are subject to a $35.00 service charge.


Sales Tax

State and County sales tax will be applied to all applicable purchase unless a current sales state tax-exempt form is on file with us.



All prices are current to time of invoice and are subject to change without notice.


Service Charge

A 1.5% monthly, 18% annually service charge is applied to all accounts 30 days past due.


Cross Connection Control

Cross connection control/backflow devices are the customer’s responsibility.



Wisconsin Law shall apply, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any dispute shall be the Circuit Court for St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
